The brief

Total compensation, modelled and printable.

The Employee Benefit Calculator gives prospective employees a clear, readable report. Candidates see a graph that breaks down total salary, benefits, and overall compensation. The view helps them weigh job offers and gives the client's customers a hiring edge.

Both sides see the same numbers, in the same view. That changes how compensation conversations go.

What we built

Bulk import, model, report, repeat.

  • Download Excel template. Users download an empty Excel file to input employee data in bulk.
  • Import data from Excel. The system imports data from the filled-in Excel file.
  • Open MSC group. A form lets users enter employee salary and benefits data by hand.
  • Print all. Print reports that show salary, benefits, and total compensation for every employee in the database.
  • Admin functions. Admins set or modify the standard rates that drive benefit calculations.
