At Calibre Consulting, we developed Instant Refer, a subscription-based SaaS solution to simplify referral management for small business owners. This user-friendly referral system offers features that help businesses improve communication and control over both sent and received referrals.

One key feature of our referral system is the ability for registered members to send referrals to trusted contacts in their network. The sender can track the referral’s status, staying updated throughout the process. This ensures transparency and peace of mind, as every step of the referral is visible.

A subscription platform for the people who live on referrals.

Recipients can update the status of referrals as they progress through different stages, like “not contacted” or “completed.” This allows for efficient management and clear communication, streamlining the process between both parties.

Another unique feature of our referral system is the option to record the financial value of each referral. This helps users track the monetary impact and assess the overall benefit to the business. Recipients can also add comments and notes to provide a detailed record of all interactions.

In addition to managing referrals, Instant Refer enables users to create and manage connection lists. They can also track and log member-to-member meetings, promoting collaboration and strengthening relationships.

We built this SaaS application using ReactJS for the front-end, .NET for the back-end, and SQL for database management. Our team at Calibre Consulting carried out extensive user experience testing to ensure an intuitive and efficient system.
