Jason Jaggard, the founder, experienced a life-changing moment in 2010 while he was a professor at Pepperdine University. After hiring a coach and starting his first company, he saw the powerful impact that coaching had on his career and personal life. This experience led to the creation of Novus Global, with the mission of providing world-class coaching to leaders in various industries, including business, sports, government, and entertainment. Their vision is to make coaching accessible to everyone, challenging individuals to move beyond high performance. Today, Novus Global serves over 400 clients across 8 countries.
To help Novus Global scale their impact, Calibre Consulting designed and built an advanced assessment creation tool. This tool allows the Novus Global team to assess and measure the growth of their clients, providing valuable insights that enhance the coaching experience. We built the front-end using ReactJS, while the back-end leverages .NET, with PostgreSQL handling the database.
We chose ReactJS for its flexibility and ability to create a seamless user experience. Using .NET for the back-end allowed us to build a robust, scalable system that can manage large volumes of data efficiently. PostgreSQL was used for the database due to its reliability and performance. This combination of technologies ensures that the assessment creation tool is efficient and easy to use.
Our collaboration with Novus Global also involved extensive user experience testing. This ensured that the tool met the needs of both coaches and clients. We continue to provide support, ensuring the tool evolves alongside the firm’s rapid growth.
With the assessment creation tool in place, Novus Global can now better serve their clients, providing actionable insights that help leaders excel in their personal and professional lives.
