How Calibre Consulting Corp. collects, uses, and protects your information.

This policy explains what Calibre Consulting Corp. ("Calibre", "we", "us") collects when you use calibreconsulting.ca, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
When you fill out a contact form, download a guide, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, company, and the message itself. When you book through our scheduling tool, that booking is processed by Cal.com.
Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links. This comes through cookies and analytics, and is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. These include:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (analytics, advertising, scheduling, email, CRM, and hosting), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.
Third-party services we use include Google (Analytics, Ads), LinkedIn, Cal.com, Resend (email delivery), Odoo (CRM), and our hosting provider. Each has its own privacy policy.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Under PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, email info@calibreconsulting.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
